The Company Behind the Top Auto Glass Software
Independent Billing Services was founded in 1992 and is located in beautiful downtown Kansas City, Missouri. IBS was originally started as a billing service. After partnering with PPG Industries to form Lynx Services, LLC, IBS migrated into a software company filling the need for software that provided a complete business solution for auto glass repair and replacement shops.
As owners of our very own glass distribution warehouses and retail spaces around the Midwest for over 75 years, we understood the common problems glass shops were facing every day. It's our understanding of the auto glass industry coupled with our passion for providing easy-to-use software solutions that led to the creation of Elmo Anywhere.
