Billing insurance companies in Elmo Anywhere is easier than ever. Simply turn your completed work order into an invoice and Elmo Anywhere will automatically send it to the correct billing network. Batch processing is also available with our EDI Manager.

Installer Mobile App
Arm your installers with turn-by-turn directions, customer phone numbers, and their job schedule for the day. A parts list is provided for getting the parts needed in their truck for the day. Your installers can add missing information to existing orders and even attach photos of damage or issues prior to installation. When the job is complete, they can convert the order to an invoice, capture a signature, and collect payment.
Multiple Shop Locations
Elmo Anywhere is built from the ground up to support multiple locations. Run your call center from anywhere and easily switch between shops during the quoting and ordering process. Reports can display single or multiple shops as needed based on the report type.

Glass Match Lookup
Find the exact windshield that fits the vehicle using the VIN number of the vehicle. When more than one part is returned for a windshield in the initial search, more information is provided to include photos, videos, times the part has been used. Additional filtering/searching and expedited filtering functionality available.
